FAQ

Packaging

What is a Carton Exchange and why is it needed?

During Latex, String and Button or Clasp applications flaps will need to be repacked extended. New cartons must be used if envelopes do not repack flaps extended in the cartons they were shipped in.  Also String and Button and Clasps are bulky, which lowers the quantity in each carton.  And last, if the cartons are in bad condition they must be exchanged to insure proper care of the product inside.
